An unwanted product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days provided: 
• it is undamaged and unused, with original labels attached; 
• it is in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and unopened; 
• it is complete and not missing any accessories or parts; 
• the cost for returning the product to us will be borne by you;
• the proof of purchases is forwarded to us via email

EazyUmmi takes all possible measures to ensure that glass and fragile packages are safeguarded against breakage during courier. It will therefore be your responsibility to inspect your goods for any damages prior to accepting it from the courier company. Should your package contain damaged products, ensure that the damaged item is immediately returned with the courier company.
